Christian Science Reading Rooms are peaceful, inviting places to explore spiritual answers to life’s many questions. Our Reading Room is both a bookstore and a quiet place for prayer and study, where everyone is welcome.
Our Christian Science Reading Room is open every first and third Monday of each month from 11 AM-1 PM. It is also open before and after church services and by appointment. Call 251-438-1260 to schedule an appointment.
In the Reading Room you will find King James Bibles, Bible study aids, and all the writings of Mary Baker Eddy, including her seminal book on Christian healing: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. There are also musical CD’s, children’s books, and magazines containing uplifting articles and testimonies by people who have been healed through prayer.
The Christian Science Monitor, a Pulitzer-prize winning global news source, is also available.
